Before your appointment

  • Avoid caffeinated drinks (they can cause twitching)
  • Remove contact lenses
  • Arrive with clean lashes
  • No oils around the eyes - skip oily moisturisers and serums
  • Don't curl your lashes beforehand
  • No mascara or heavy eye make-up

After your appointment

Do

  • Clean lashes daily
  • Brush gently
  • Book infills on time
  • Sleep on your back
  • Use oil-free products

Don't

  • Rub your eyes
  • Use mascara
  • Pick or pull
  • Get lashes wet for 24h
  • Use oily make-up remover

Studio policies

The fine print

In place to protect appointment times and keep things fair for every client. Thank you for understanding.

Deposit policy

A £10 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

  • The £10 deposit is deducted from your treatment total on the day.
  • If you cancel, the deposit is retained as a cancellation fee.
  • If you no-show, the deposit is also retained.
  • Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Appointment policy

Late arrivals: If you are 20 minutes late or more, your appointment may be cancelled or a £5 late fee may be added so we stay on schedule for other clients.

No-shows: If you don't attend without notice, future appointments will require an additional £5 fee on top of the £10 deposit.

Patch test policy

A patch test is recommended at least 24-48 hours before your appointment - free of charge if you ask.

If you choose not to have one, you accept responsibility for any reaction that may occur. Patch tests reduce risk but are not 100% accurate; reactions can still happen even after a successful test. By booking, you confirm you understand and accept this policy.
